No need to worry! Your package is still on its way. Tracking updates can pause because we’ve handed it over to a delivery partner. They usually provide new tracking information when the package moves to a new location. We’ll keep you informed by email every two days. Since delivery takes an average of 8–16 business days, we kindly ask you to wait before contacting us.
Machine washable at 30°C, to keep them in top condition, please avoid using a dryer.
