Average Delivery Time
At Susan Boutique, we aim to provide you with the best value for money. By shipping our products directly from our warehouse, we save significantly on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs. These savings allow us to offer our products at a fair price.

The total delivery time, including processing, is usually between 6 and 12 days.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days and then shipped from our distribution center. We always do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

Delays
Although 97% of orders arrive within the stated delivery time, delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have any questions or would like an update on your order, feel free to contact us via email.

Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required.

Order Cancellation
Would you like to cancel your order? You can do so within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, your order is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing, and cancellation is no longer possible.

Additionally, a 14-day return period applies from the day you receive your order. During this period, you can return your order if needed.

To ensure your order is processed correctly, it's important that your shipping information is complete and accurate. Missing or incorrect information may cause delays. If a package is lost or undeliverable due to incorrect details, the costs will unfortunately be borne by the buyer, and we cannot provide a refund.

Track Your Order
Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order through our Track-and-Trace page on our website. Please note that tracking information may take up to 5 days after placing your order to become available.

Don’t worry! Once your items have been shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can also find it on our "Track my order" page on our website. If you didn’t receive an email or your tracking number isn’t working, please contact us. We're happy to help!
